​Please choose carefully. Due to hygiene, health, and strict safety regulations, all our products are active cosmeceuticals and no returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind or incorrect selection once dispatched.

Damaged or Broken Items
​If your item arrives broken or damaged in transit:
​Please take clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging.
​Email us at therapybyn@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos attached.
